14-day money-back guarantee

If you are on your first paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, as long as you have used fewer than 20% of the AI credits included in your plan.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are non-refundable. For annual plans, you may request a prorated refund for unused full months within 30 days of the renewal date.

Cancellations

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. You will keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

How to request a refund

Send us a message through the contact form with the email address on your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
